Newsletter: 3 Life Altering Questions

Three questions have totally altered my life. I am a pretty happy person by nature but these 3 questions have made me so joyful and peaceful in all aspects of my life that I want to share them with you.

At the end of each day I ask myself:

Did I live? Did I love? Did I matter?

Did I live means to me did I pursue what my heart is calling to me with everything I have or did I chicken out? When we listen to what our soul is telling us daily then we are in pure alignment with life. Sometimes what our soul is telling us makes no sense so we abandon the pursuit of it. Or even worse we get talked out of it by someone else because of their stuff. When you live you live from your soul, your heart, your wisdom, your highest truth. No one else knows what that is except you. Yes, others can help you find it or direct you but ultimately it's you who has to follow the crumbs. Tell the truth to yourself about what makes you happy, feels good, is right to you. It will require you to have some courage.

Did I love is one of my favorite questions. I love love. Being an energy healer I know it's the strongest vibration on the planet. When you are loving or being loved there is no better feeling. We all know that but to be honest how many of you really confess your love to others? What I mean by that is, just love them with no expectation that they will respond or reciprocate. So many people are afraid that their love won't be reciprocated that they hide it. Yes there is a flow to love. It might not come from that person but it will come. The way you guarantee being loved is to love yourself. Yes, I said it, love you first and you will love with abandon.

Did I matter refers to living my life's purpose. Stepping into who I really am and offering that to the world. Did you affect one person positively today? Did you make them smile, laugh, feel better? Especially the people who drive you bonkers. Mattering comes in so many little delightful ways. I often challenge myself to find 5 ways to help someone feel better outside of my work environment. It's such a pleasure to see them smile, giggle, feel good for a moment. It reminds me that we all matter.

I wish you life, love and purpose.

Best Wishes,

Mona
