Energy Alignment Call & Clearing

Each 30-40 minute call is designed to assist you in moving gracefully through the changes that are happening on the planet. During the calls, source gifts me with high frequency energy that I share with you through guided meditations or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) clearings. The energy will help you release any stuck thoughts, feelings and experiences in your system. It is very loving and also very powerful. You will feel energized and balanced!

I would suggest that you have a glass of water in front of you during the calls. Continue to drink a lot of water for at least 48 hours after. You may experience exhaustion, emotional swings or a sense of peace. Anything that feels out of the usual is part of the expansion and releasing from your energy system. Take good care of yourself and be gentle during this time.
