This class is about unleashing the true nature of your energy being. You're taught to underestimate and undervalue what your potentiality is. Your cells have enough energy to light up a city for 3 months. You're made up of 8 octillion atoms. Each atom is billions of years old. In 30 minutes your bodies heat can boil a gallon of water. Your bones are as strong as granite. 50% of our DNA is shared with bananas. Your body produces 25 million new cells a second. These are just some of the few things you're doing without having to "think" or focus on. So what can you truly create and co-create?
Not being you is very exhausting and draining. It actually sucks the life out of you. You have to destroy your true nature so others see you in a certain way. You have to pretend to be something you're not.
When you're not being you, you're not contributing as much as you can to the planet. When you're inauthentic, the universe can feel this misalignment. It can't come to your assistance. You're asking for one thing while feeling and pretending to be another. Which you does the universe answer to? The pretending you or the real you? If you're scared, embarrassed, judging the real you, will you even allow the universe to give you what you're asking for? What if you stopped, stopping you!
In this 6 week class, we will be focusing on allowing the authentic you to come forward. Do you even remember who that is? What if it's safe to remember? What if you won't be destroyed, hurt, punished for being you?
