Body Work-Clearing/Healing the Body

Your body also needs your attention! Stuck energy can create painful body issues, blockages and illness. Each session focuses on clearing what is slowing your body down from healing. They are 1 hour long, in person in Stoneham MA. Sessions are usually done on tuesdays. There is limited availability so please contact me directly at mona@lifeintegrity.com to see what is open.

Working with energy, I use a light hands on technique to shift your body. You will be on a heated table with your clothes on. The sessions are silent for maximum healing and relaxation. Your body does better when it's not stressed out!
