Have you ever felt in your HEART there is something you wanted to do, have, be? But your MIND has talked you out of it with thoughts like "It's never going to happen, this is unrealistic, impractical, it's never happened before, to much hard work, etc." I am here to remind you that if you're feeling something in your heart, then it's god, energy, the universe talking to you. There is no coincidence that you are getting this message.
You see the universe (energy, god) talks to us through our heart not our head. Our head's only job is to analyze, protect and criticize. It analyzes based on our past experiences, traumas, patterns, thoughts and creates future predictions and patterns. It protects us from all the past hurts we've gone through by creating roadblocks and sabotaging behaviors. The last thing it does is criticize and judge everything as either good or bad to allow information in or not. If you rely on your mind to lead your path, I can guarantee that you won't get very far.
When you go into your heart you're utilizing love energy. Love energy is the most powerful and the most vibrationally high energy there is on the planet. It is the energy of the universe and the energy of creation. If you consider how we're physically created it's through the energy and action of love.
So when you feel or hear something in your heart, you are listening to the source that you are. Your heart must be open to hear the guidance.
Here is a simple and powerful visualization to open up your heart. Take a few deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. With each breath imagine golden light entering the top of the head and slowly moving down your body and into your heart. Let this golden light fill up each and every cell of your chest and heart using your breath. Let it expand into your body filling you up completely. Sit in this beautiful golden light for a few minutes. Do this for a few minutes everyday so your heart will be open to hear the guidance.
