Newsletter: Hesitating 09
Have you ever hesitated about something when you knew it was good for you? I just recently did that and learned an expensive lesson. As many of you know I'm interested in raw and living foods and incorporate it in my sessions for health healing. There are many well known teachers but there was one in particular who's program fit in with my personality and style, especially my budget.
I thought about it. My inner voice kept saying yes and then my analytical mind said no. Even my poor husband noticed how confused I was. Actually, I drove him nuts for a month. He of course being the enlightened one told me to trust my feelings not my logic of time, convenience, money blah blah... Well I ignored him and myself.
I kept "hearing" that I wanted to do the program. But my logical mind kept talking me out of it.
The price I paid... that class is no longer available till the middle of next year, it's a ton more expensive because they had an introductory rate, and the most annoying part of all. At that time when I didn't sign up I didn't know why I wanted to go to it, now I know. Sometimes we don't know why it's important until we do the process.
When you want to do something and hesitate, check in to see if it's your analytical mind hesitating or your heart. If it's your mind, check in to see what the excuses are and if they're legitimate.
With hugs
