Newsletter: Magic 09

I'm sure you all know that I feel my life is magic!! I often cannot believe the "luck" I have. One of my favorite stories of how amazing and loving the universe is, comes from my experiences with my husband.

My husband is from Denmark. The first time I visited his family's home I noticed a painting. It was a painting for a little brown girl with chubby cheeks and dark black hair.

I asked my mother-in-law who painted it. She had. She said a chocolate box inspired her to create the painting. I asked her when she'd painted it. She said in the 70's sometime. She couldn't really remember the exact year. I was born in 1975.

I told her that the painting looked exactly like me as a little girl. The big black eyes, the topsy tails, the chubby cheeks were all me at a certain age. I thought the icing on the cake was that she'd signed it M. Wind for her name. Funny, I'm M wind :))

As my husband was growing up he was teased that he shouldn't bother looking at all the blonds. His mother said he's marry the darkest haired girl.

Perhaps it was intuition, perhaps coincidence, but I think it's MAGIC!! My husband once said to me that his family had already made room for me. They knew I was coming.
