Discover Your Power Animal

I enter the journey to find him waiting for me. He stands tall and strong, silver grey feathers gleaming in the morning sun. I move into the forest glade and he turns his great yellow eye to look at me. In the next moment I am enfolded in his wings. He is Sandhill Crane, my Power Animal, and I am delighted to meet him in the Otherworld. He invites me to climb on his back, his feathers silky soft to the touch. Soaring above the trees into blue sky, we travel far and see many things together. “I want to learn to fly,” I say to him and he replies, “You already know how.” Sandhill Crane is my best friend, my protector, and my helper in all things.

At the moment of our birth we are each given a Power Animal to be our ally, protector and guide. Your Power Animal’s sole purpose is to help you be fully who you are. Your Power Animal is an inexhaustible source of wisdom, help, protection and strength.

We find aspects of our animals’ strengths and attributes within ourselves. As you learn more about your Power Animal, you learn more about yourself. I invite you to follow the Shaman’s path and discover your Power Animal. Explore this incredible relationship and discover how it will enrich your life.

Discover your power animal is a two part class that will connect you with your animal guide using the principles of Shamanism. You will learn what the purpose of your animal guide is, journey to meet it, understand how it helps you be everything that you are capable of. You will also learn how to ask for advice, solutions to problems, protection and guidance.

Even if you know what your power animal (guide) is, this is a very valuable class. Most people don't know how to work with their animal or what it's capable of supporting them in. Your animal is a very powerful ally and can help you create an amazing life.

Jan is a Shamanic Practitioner, writer, and a Master Certified Retreat Coach. She holds a First Class Honours B. Sc. Degree in Zoology and is a member of The Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids and has completed her Bardic training with the Order and is currently enrolled in the Ovate Grade.
