Spiritual Community (Free)
The spiritual community is a group of men and women who gather once a month to share their personal experiences, knowledge and ideas. The purpose of the group is not to do therapy but to get together with like minded people and discuss each others journey. All are welcome. Please let me know that you're attending by sending me an email to mona@lifeintegrity.com The group meets the last Wednesday of most months from 7:30-8:30 pm. We will start with a simple 20 minute meditation and then have a discussion.
