Newsletter: Veil of Illusion
Being of Indian origin, I have the benefit and privilege of visiting a country that is thousands of years old and steeped in spirituality. Being home becomes a pilgrimage of my soul rather than a sight seeing trip. Everywhere you go, everything you see is a practice of deep connection. The duality that exists in India is beyond imagination. Beauty, ugliness, poverty, wealth, spirituality, materialism. Can you see beyond the veil of illusion, or will you get trapped in the senses?
We are living in a veil of illusion. There are two parts to the illusion.
#1 is that we're all separated from each other and don't effect each other. That what happens to you does not and should not matter to me. It's your problem, your issues, your karma, your destiny. As an Akashic Record reader I have the honor of seeing how energy continues no matter what the past circumstance. That everything has a divine plan and we continue to effect each other through lifetimes.
We are made from the same exact energy, you and I. There is no differences except for our personality. Our personality guides our manifestations and experiences nothing more. In Indian mythology the gods and goddess have many hands each expressing something unique. We are one of those hands of energy, the divine, god. Coming from the same exact body, but fulfilling a different energetic purpose. If you cut off one hand, the whole body is affected. One of the most obvious examples of this connection is our weather. We can't hide from it no matter where we are.
#2 in the illusion is that you can't do anything to change the situation. This insinuates that you're inconsequential, without any power. Remember, you come from the exact same material that makes the whole. The whole that creates, destroys, manifests, changes. In the book Power Vs Force, it is stated that a person with a vibration of 800 or higher (think Jesus, Buddha etc.) has the ability to change the vibrations of millions just by their presence. What makes you less than them? Only your belief that you're separated. That you are not one of the hands of energy here to affect change.
If you're worried about being egoistical, then stop worrying. Everyone has a ego. Ego gives you personality a structure to carry your energy in. The only time it becomes an issue is if you believe in the illusion that you and I are not the same.
As the New Year approaches, I encourage you to practice being connected to the consciousness that you carry within you. To avoid, ignore the illusions that others might force upon you. And to remember that your very presence on this planet is a blessing, a need, a wish fulfilled from source.
