Newsletter: You are what you eat. 09

Have you ever hear of the words, "You are what you eat?". I'm sure you have. The words exist in every culture. What exactly does that mean?

In all ancient texts food was referred to as a path to enlightenment. It either supported our journey or took away from it. When we came onto the planet, we were high vibration (positive). We were innocent, clear and joyful. Think of any child and you understand what I mean. As life progressed, that purity faded away depending on how uncomfortable our environment was.

The food we eat is one part of that environment. There are high vibration foods and low vibration foods. High vibration foods support us and low vibration foods basically kills us.

Living foods such as fruits, vegetables and sprouted grains have high vibrations. They provide living nutrition to our cells. Our cells are alive so it makes sense that we would put live things in those cells. Living foods have enzymes. Enzymes are the life force or energy of food. They assist in digesting and absorbing foods. Your body has only about 35 years of natural enzyme production before it starts slowing down. When you eat mostly cooked, processed or high sugar foods you're body is not receiving the additional enzymes it needs to replenish it's supply. Your body starts to pillage enzymes from your organs causing burn out, illness and disease. Your vibration (positive energy) drops.

As your system crashes, your vibration crashes. When you feel weak your energy is low, your thoughts are foggy. Your only concern is survival.

Coming back to the phrase, you are what you eat. Depending on what you ingest, your energy level (vibration) is high or low. If you eat livings foods, you're more alive. If you eat mostly dead foods, your vibration might be very low.

Food for thought :)
