Opening the 7th Chakra

The 7th Chakra is the energy center associated with connecting to the divine. It is located right on top of your head. When you open it you allow divine wisdom to come through to your conscious mind.

Look at the image below for NO MORE than 5 minutes while listening to the music. Imagine that the top of your head is opening up to receive light and love. Intend that only divine source energy enter your system. When you're done, visualize the top of your head closing.
